Develop a strong leadership team that can generate and deliver on company strategies and inspire others to do the same.
Moving on from the Senior Leader role to another opportunity can be very difficult for the Legacy Leader, the rest of the leadership team and the company. BGC works with companies to:
Develop a leadership succession plan that sets out what, when and how major responsibilities will be transferred.
